Hey guys, here’s a quick and easy back and abs workout!

Perform each back exercise for 3 sets and rest 90 seconds in between each set.
- wide grip pull up (5-7 reps)
- Regular grip pull up (6-8 reps)
- Reverse grip pull ups (7-9 reps)

Perform each abs exercise for 2 sets and rest 60 seconds in between sets.
- hanging leg raises (20 reps)
- Hanging side leg raises (10 reps each side)
